Icon has been out of the water for several weeks now as we work through our winter punch list in preparation for our 2011 racing program. Some of the items we have been working on are:

• Remove & re-fasten keel bulb
• Refresh & burnish bottom
• Replace propane tank with composite
• Replace oven/stove with high efficiency version
• Move & re-work forward pit with new winches
• Replace primary winches with new high-speed versions
• Build new helm stands
• Replace all interior lighting with LED versions
• Replace aft vacu-flush head with hand pump model
• Completely re-engineer & simplify water maker
• Numerous electrical & instrumentation upgrades
• Serious engine tuning
• Installation of a new two-speed feathering prop
• Numerous rigging & line changes
• Plus many more items...

Our plan is to have most of these finished by our first event at the end of February - so stay tuned...
