8:20pm - Nightfall Offshore Friday Night

We are about 300nm SW of San Francisco after a 270nm run in 24 hours after the start. The crew is settling into offshore life with discussions revolving around food, politics, and coming up with a new nickname for Fraser.

We are also discussing the future of Karl's teddy bear Myron who is back in Anacortes along with the crew van.

Right now the winds are from 342 at 14.7knots and we are getting sucked up in the Pacific High with our Code Zero. We are waiting for the 00:00z GFS GRIB run to decide whether we will peel to the A3 and start running deeper -- we will see.

Stay tuned for more tomorrow - we reset the SPOT transceiver so the position reports should be accurate again...
